Designed with our newest readers in mind! Join us for word exercises and a chapter book read-aloud. We will be reading selections of the “Magic Tree House” series by Mary Pope Osborne. Intended for ages 5-10.
Join us for a beginner-friendly, low-impact yoga class for adults, presented by Tides Yoga studio. Props and yoga mats will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own. Bringing a water bottle is also recommended. Space is limited: register now!

Kenai Performers is proud to present The Pony Espresso or… The Villain Came to a Grinding Halt, by Rachel Davidson. The show runs 1/16-18 and 23-25, Fri. and Sat. shows start at 7PM and Sun. at 2PM. Stop by the library for a round of chess! This casual weekend chess program is open to players of all ages and experience. To get a board or chess clock, please ask the front desk. Please note that staff is unavailable during our weekend chess hour for game instruction.
The Performing Arts Society is proud to present Armin Abdihodzič and the Alaska Guitar Quartet on Saturday, January 31, at 7:30 pm at the Soldotna Christ Lutheran Church. Tickets for this ever-popular artist are $20 for adults and $10 for students; they are available at River City Books and Northcountry Fair in Soldotna, at Curtain Call and Country Liquor in Kenai, and at the door.

The local "No Kings" Soldotna/Kenai group is organizing a demonstration to protest the actions of ICE in Minneapolis and communities across the country. Meet at noon, Feb. 1, at the Y in Soldotna
Tsalteshi Trails Association is offering classic and skate skiing lessons Jan. 4-Feb. 9 for adults, ages 18 and older.
